Delivery

- Worldwide shipping fee : ＄20(usd)

- It will take about 2-5 days to prepare and ship the product. Also, if you order out of stock or out of stock items, it may take longer to prepare the items.

(Please note that delivery may be delayed due to external factors such as customs clearance, import inspection, etc.)

- The product will only be shipped on business days.

- If your tracking number is not complete within 2 weeks from the date it was provided, please contact us in the post.

[Return and exchange by simple remorse]

- In case of exchanging or returning by customer's remorse, you must leave a Q & A board within 7 days after receipt of the item. The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

- When making a Q & A, you must include your name and order number of the order customer, the name of the product you want to exchange / return, and reason.

- Refund is not possible if you return the product despite the fact that it has not been informed in advance or it has been rejected for exchange / return / refund.


[Return and exchange due to defective product]

- In case of exchange or return due to defective product, you must leave a Q & A on the bulletin board within 7 days after receipt of the item. NOONOOFINGERS will pay for shipping.
However, since COD can not be used for international delivery, the customer must first pay the return shipping fee.
Once the product arrives at our headquarters, we will refund the shipping payment you paid.

[Policy on Missing Products]

- If you receive a missing product, please leave a Q & A within 7 days of receipt.

- NOONOOFINGERS will be responsible for the expenses related to sending the missing goods, If you want to cancel the missing item, you can make a refund by canceling the deposit or partial payment.


[AS policy]

- If you want AS of the commodity, the return shipping cost will be applied by the customer.

- AS can only process products within one year from the date of purchase. In Q & A, the name of the ordering customer, order number, name of the product, name of the product, reason and product photos must be listed.

- The product will be free of charge for one month after the purchase and will be repaired within one year from the first month. The availability of AS products and the cost of repairs are available after confirming the product.
